Raffle Ticket Orders- Frequently Asked Questions
Admission Tickets: They have consecutive numbers on each end and are priced the same as Raffle Tickets. Select “tickets with no stub” when you place your order. Admission Tickets will not have the stub. (Your proof will show a printed stub.)
How fast can I get my Raffle Tickets? Orders received before 10 am business days, not requiring any special services, will ship the same day. You can select Ground, Overnight or 2nd Day shipping.
Raffle Ticket stock and size: Our standard raffle tickets are 2 1/8” by 5 1/2” with the stub 1 1/2” from the left. They are printed in black ink on yellow 90 lb. index card stock. You can also order White, Blue or Green card stock at no additional charge. (Specify your color choice in the “Special Instructions” section if you do not want yellow. We can also do any type of custom tickets with numerous choices for color of stock, ink(s) or size. For pricing information contact us.
Information or size for the stub: You can change the standard layout at no extra charge; let us know what you would like in the "Special Instructions" section. We will send you a proof to approve before your raffle tickets are printed.*
Starting Number: Normally your raffle tickets will have a starting number of 001. If your drawing is associated with a pick 3 lottery you want your numbers to begin at 000 and end at 999. You can also have your numbering start at any thousand increment such as 2001 or 3001, etc. If you don’t want your numbers to start at 001, specify the starting number in the "Special Instructions" section.
Reorders: If you are placing a reorder and would like us to use the same layout as the previous order, enter the first line of the ticket as it was printed in line 1 and type “reorder” on line 2. There is no need to fill out the other lines. Be sure to specify the starting number for the reorder in the "Special Instructions" section.
Padding or Stapling: Stapling in increments of 5,10,15, 20 or 25 is $.07 per book. $.10 per book in any other increment. As a cheaper alternative, we can pad (glue) your tickets on the stub edge. The charge is $1.25 per pad of 250. (You can tear off the tickets in any increment you like.)
Logos, Artwork or Printing on the back: Adding a logo or artwork just adds $10 to the order. Printing on the back of the tickets adds $15 for each 1000 Raffle Tickets. See order form.
Post Office Box Delivery UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. However, your raffle tickets can be shipped via U.S. Priority mail. The charge for priority mail is $15.00 for the first 1000 raffle tickets and $6.00 for each additional 1000. You will need to call us to arrange a Post Office Box delivery.
International Shipments Please contact us for a shipping quote. Be sure to include in your request your complete address as well as the number of raffle tickets you will be ordering.
Fax and Mail Orders: Print out the Raffle Ticket order form. Our fax number is (513) 733-0770. You will need to include your credit card information, including the Credit Card holder’s name and billing address as well as the 3 digits on the back of the card. Shipping Confirmation: The afternoon your raffle tickets are shipped we will send you an email with the UPS tracking number.
